Pilates is a very effective (and enjoyable!) way of looking after your body now and for the long term. It is a fantastic way to:

Gail is an experienced instructor who loves working with client’s individual goals. Her background in physiotherapy adds a useful dimension to her pilates teaching. She has a strong focus on functional movement and a broad knowledge of conditions and injuries which may need addressing in your practice.

One to one classes are extremely rewarding and designed to be challenging for you personally. Sessions typically consist of a gentle warm up, mat exercises and stretches.

Requirements: Completion of health screening questionnaire and initial assessment (30 mins)
